Frequently asked questions

Questions about the Axioma Methodology

Every real estate project needs method, judgment and a team that responds. Here is how Axioma turns complexity into clear stages, visible decisions and measurable progress.

What is the Axioma Methodology?

It is the way we help a real estate project move forward with clarity. The Axioma Methodology brings planning, coordination, budget control, schedule, quality and risk management into one system proven across more than 300 projects.

What phases does Axioma use to manage a real estate project?

We divide the project into five moments: pre-design, engineering design, pre-construction, construction and post-construction. Each phase has its own deliverables, owners and metrics, so the client knows what is happening, what comes next and which decisions need to be made.

How does it help control cost, time and quality?

It is not just about reporting progress. Axioma defines accountable owners by workstream, compares budget and schedule against what is really happening on site, documents risks and keeps an active conversation with the client so issues are solved before they escalate.

Does the Axioma Methodology follow PMI and IPMA standards?

Yes. Our methodology is informed by international project management standards such as PMI and IPMA, then adapted to the reality of real estate developments in Mexico: permits, vendors, construction, investment, operation and decision-making.

Is it the same as construction supervision?

No. Construction supervision is one part of the process; it validates that on-site execution follows what was agreed. The Axioma Methodology integrates the full path: planning, specialist coordination, tendering, risk control, owner communication and project closeout.

What role does Axioma play for the owner or investor?

We become part of the client's team as project manager and owner's representative. We represent their interests with architects, contractors and vendors, making sure each decision protects the asset's scope, budget, schedule and quality.
