About the project

The Gran Acuario de Mazatlán is Mexico's largest aquarium and the most important in Latin America. It gives visitors the chance to explore a diversity of marine ecosystems through its immense exhibition tanks. This impressive attraction was made possible thanks to the work of architect Tatiana Bilbao and her team, together with the collaboration of international firms and our management. To deliver it, the Axioma team followed its project-management methodology, drawing on the talent of every member and guaranteeing excellent service quality. It is the first public-private partnership investment to drive construction innovation in this type of work, with notable technical challenges given the nature of its exhibits and the volume of installations designed.
